In past few days after fourth test match of Ranchi a big drama is going on between BCCI and two star players Shreyas Iyer and Ishan Kishan. As per reports, both the cricketers are fired by BCCI from central contract, which means They won’t get paid from BCCI till the next central contract announcement. BCCI revealed list of ‘A GRADE’ ‘B GRADE’ and ‘C GRADE’ cricketers list who are currently playing for Team India.
Additionally, athletes who meet the criteria of playing a minimum of 3 Tests or 8 ODIs or 10 T20Is within the specified period will automatically be included in Grade C on a pro-rata basis.

In A grade, there are 6 cricketers including Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah. There are 5 cricketers in B grade and 15 in C grade. A grade cricketers will be paid 7 crores for one year for their national duty.
BCCI is not happy with the ignoring behaviour of Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer. Both the Cricketers were told to play Ranjji matches if they are not on national duty. But Ishan kept passing over BCCI’s indications and similar goes with Shreyas. Shreyas told BCCI that he was not fit but NCA denied such kind of things and told BCCI that Shreys is 100% fit to play cricket. So after analysing ignornace from these two, BCCI decided to fire them. Earlier Rohit Sharma also said in the press conference that only those players will get chance in national Team who has hunger to play. His clear indication was towards Shreyas and Ishan.
